....Saturday Night Fun....

We had so much fun on Saturday night....Jeff got to come home early from work which meant we were able to go do something fun instead of staying at home like usual! So we started the night off with dinner at Uno Chicago Grill (which wasn't that good by the way but we did have gift cards...so it was for free ha)! Then after, we met up with the Lowe's & Attig's and decided to go to the bowling alley! When we got there, there was two types of bowling...the American way of bowling and the England way of bowling known as Candlepin! We thought it would be fun to do something different so we decided to play Candlepin!

As you can see this is the size of the ball that you roll....it was tiny compared to the normal size bowling ball! The game was so much fun, we all really liked it a lot! It was just like the game of bowling but the pins were skinny and tall like candlesticks and for some reason it was harder to knock them down! It is a fast version of bowling...instead of each person being up for one frame at a time, we each had six tries, which made it really fast! It honestly felt like I was playing the game at Trafalga in Orem where you roll the little ball and try to make it in the hole to get 100 points!Here's Jeff about to roll it down the alley and of course he was awesome at the game....honestly can he suck at something! ha ha jkAs you can see the pins were just like candlesticks...it was so hard to knock them down with that little ball....but so much fun! You would have to chuck it so hard to knock them all down...and Brittany was the only one to get a STRIKE! Yay girls are better, thats for sure, sorry boys!
Here's the guys with their last minute victory win...us girls were up the whole entire time until the very last minute! The boys couldn't handle that us girls were doing better then them so they tried their very hardest at the end to get the victory...they won by just a few points! We played two games and we tied the last one! BUT us girls believe that we actually won the second because it didn't count three of my pins that I had knocked down, but the boys said the score says that it was a tie and that WE DIDN'T WIN! But we beg a differ ha ha us girls know they just can't handle us beating them and especially because we are their WIVES! :)

Two of the many funnest girls this summer, Becca & Brittany! We've had so much fun getting know each other this summer, I can't believe its coming to an end so soon!

Saturday night was Brittany's last night before going back home to St. George! We're going to miss her tons! We were so glad to have met her out here, we love her to death! But hey its a good excuse to go to St. George! :) Their expecting baby #2 in a few months and we're so excited to see what the little one will look like! Congrats Attig's!!

While we were there we got to watch Michael Phelps win his 8th Gold Medal on the relay race! It was so fun cuz all of us there in the bowling alley were watching it and cheering them on....there was a little group from Japan and they were rooting on their country, but nope U.S.A. takes it all the way baby! We were so excited but so sad that it was the end of Michael Phelps!!!
