This past Saturday we went to Downtown Greenville! We left early in the morning right after the boys left then we were heading for a whole day of adventure! We first went down Main Street in Greenville, which is where the farmers market was, which wasn't as good and as big as the farmers market in North Carolina, but it was still fun!
After walking down Main Street and the farmers market we walked a little further to where Falls Park was. It was so pretty there! I took way too many pictures I think ha ha, wait I always take too many pictures! There was so many trees and flowers all over! It was beautiful! The Falls were neat to see because it was like a mini, mini Niagra Falls where the water would fall into a like a little river! And there is a huge wired bridge that you can walk on to see the Falls! The bridge was a little trippy because it would slightly bounce up and down when people would walk on it! It made us all sick!
After seeing the falls we decided to keep walking and go to the Zoo that was told that it was alot closer then it really was! The walk was soooo long and soooo HOT! But the good thing is that it was a beautiful walk! The apartments in the middle picture on the bottom row were absolutely beautiful! I want to build a house that looks just like that! Ah, so amazingly cute! Then the picture of the man who looks like a statue in the bottom right picture was crazy! He looked soooo real! It was crazy! This kid went up to him and about touched him and the guy moved and raised his sword at him and the kid screamed so loud and ran! It was hilarious!
After walking FOREVER it seemed, we made it to the Zoo! We were all dying by the time we got there! We were soooo HOT!!! But the good thing was that the zoo was a little zoo instead of like San Diego zoo....thats so huge! So we were lucky! But the zoo was alot of fun! It ranged from farm animals to African animals! My favorite guy is the funny looking one in the middle of the collage that looks like YODA from Star Wars!!! So funny!
There are so many different looking animals in this world! In fact the picture of the roaster with a 'afro' is hilarious too! Never knew that roasters has hair like that on top of their little heads! Then the picture of the turtle on the bottom left was HUGE!
Here is some of our pictures of us having a little too much fun at the zoo! Especially the middle picture of all of us covering our faces was first of all, Bree's great idea of us acting like flamingos! Ha ha ha because the flamingos were right behind us and the picture of Bree holding her purse in the air was hilarious! She kept putting her leg in posse and saying "I'm a Flamingo, I'm a Flamingo!" It was so funny! Probably a 'had to be there kind of a thing!' Ha ha! She makes me laugh!
We have such a fun group of girls this summer! All we do when were together is laugh, honestly! I'm so happy we got to go to the zoo, we had such a good time!
We had some fun on the lions as you can tell and also the poster board jeep! And Kyler was so much fun to have there! Because he was loving every minute of it! He was so cute! I love the big picture of him and Sierra looking at the big giraffes! He was so excited!!!
After walking through all the zoo in the HOT HOT sun! We knew what was ahead of us.....a very long walk in the HUMID! So when we were walking out of the zoo we noticed a wonderful ice cream truck and we all got one! You have no idea how good the 'Creamsicle' was! Janeese and Adrienne were soooo excited that they still had the 'Ninja Turtle Popsicle!' And Kyler had never had a 'push up' before and he was loving it and by the middle of our walk back to Main Street he fell asleep with it all over him! As you can see in the bottom right picture ha! Such a cute kid!
We had so much fun as always! Thanks girls!
