I have been slacking so much this past few weeks with my blog....since I've been back home I haven't had as much of time as I did in the summer...probably because I didn't have a job ha ha! So here is a little update of what we have been doing the past couple of weeks....and finally I will be up to date.....don't mind me if they are really random! :)

It is "flag football" season and this year Jeff and his buddies have decided to be in three different city leagues....Provo, UVU and Spanish Fork! They have been doing pretty well...they just lost their playoff game in Provo...but thats okay they have two other leagues to take it all the way ha ha!

My cute little nephew Dawson is getting so big and handsome! He is a little model just like his big brother Landen!

Dawson and his mom Chantell....I absolutely
love this picture of these two...such a kodak moment!

This past week we got to babysit Stephanie and Mike's kids Tanner and Brynlee! They were so dang cute and so much fun! Tanner is so sweet to his baby sis and Brynlee loves it! :)

Don't mind the random picture but I had to tell you all that we met
RADIO! Ha ha jk believe it or not this is my brother in law Raymond! He was hiding in the bushes while we pulled up to my parents house and he popped up and ran infront of us, scarying us to death....after realizing who it actually was made us laugh so hard! :)

Jeff went hunting for the very
first time with my dad, brother and brother in law and this is what he came back with ha ha.....jk! He only wishes that happened! My dad had gone up the following week and got this elk by himself! Jeff saw it in the backyard about to get cut and had to pose by it trying to take the fame!

My poor dad had to get his APPENDIX out! He had been having a sharp pain in his lower right stomach area for two months not saying anything to us until one night he couldn't sleep so he went to the doctor and it was
inflammed...luckily it didn't burst, but he got it taken out and he's doing great!

My handome 'Handyman of a Husband' putting up some shelfs in our garage...

Jeff showing off his work...well done babyboy!

Since he was doing so great being the 'handyman' I got him to clean our windows! He did great but the sad thing was it
rained the very next day! :(

Here is the Carn Family in their Cougar attire...just getting done with the BYU game and meeting up with us at Brick Oven!
~A Exciting Night of Camping~
A little while ago we went 'camping' with our friends Adam, Lauren, Bronson and Weslie. It was Adams birthday and so Lauren suprised him with a camp out with all of us! We made tinfoil dinners that were MASSIVE might I add...well we all met up in American Fork Canyon to find us a place to camp for the night...our luck wasn't that good since there was NOT one spot open for us! So we were debating if we should just have a bbq and just hang out at the canyon for just a little while then go home...or camp out in the
backyard of Laurens parents house in Highland ha ha! We decided to go with option #2....Lauren's parents backyard!

It was nice because the firepit was in the very back part of the backyard so we were away from the house....us girls were just laughing because we were camping out in the city and the guys kept saying that we were still in the canyon because we were surrounded by trees....

Me, Weslie, Lauren and Weslie's little baby girl Zuri...

Here is Adam opening up our gift we got for him...

Here is Weslie's husband Bronson and their little baby girl Zuri...

Jeff trying to protect his shins ha ha....good job honey!!

Us hanging out by the fire....cooking our sweet tinfoil dinners!

Lauren and Adam along with us waiting for our food!

Your probably wondering why I have a picture of a
cougar....well there is a story about this ha ha! After we had eaten our yummy tinfoil dinners we started doing the usual scary stories thing....well Lauren's neighbors a week before had heard this loud cry outside this one night...they had said that it sounded like a woman calling for help. They called the police and they were right there and couldn't find anything until one of the officers saw these two glowing eyes staring at him, and he could hear the sound of what a cougar makes, they had the animal control there as well and they couldn't catch it......well Lauren told us that and now were all a little nervous and freaked out at this point but we still wanted to camp out. Well Bronson and Weslie had a tent and Jeff and Adam were determined to sleep under the stars....not worrying about being dinner for the cougar! Well we got in our sleeping bags and tried to get some sleep...cuz at this point it was pretty late when we all decided to hit the sack. Well it was about an hour and a half into trying to get some sleep when Jeff and Adam heard this quiet but loud enough to hear cry like a cat....and it did it again getting louder and louder...they said it cried out like five times and each time would seem like it was closer and closer. They happened to have a flashlight near them and they scanned the area like they were army men laying on their stomachs flat! They said they had never heard something like that and they got nervous about it, especially knowing that there was a cougar in the area just a WEEK ago! When they scanned the area they saw two glowing eyes staring right at them behind a bush...they said their stomachs just dropped and they froze...then luckily enough a deer walked out from the bushes. But at this time they were freaked out and had waken me and Lauren up. They had told us what they had heard and we were like "Why are we still out here then?!" So us four hurried and picked up our sleeping stuff and ran across the yard and into the house. Adam and Jeff ran back out and woke Bronson and Weslie up and told them that they had heard something and said we were going inside and if they wanted to stay out here they could ha ha yeah right they ran right in after that! So to close our little somewhat of a camp out...we ended up sleeping in the basement of Laurens parents house to keep from being cougar bait!!!
~A Day Out on the Lake~We went to Utah lake with Lauren, Adam, Stevey and Becca...we had so much fun! We got to go out on Lauren and Adams new boat they had got in the summer...which is so sweet because its a wakeboarding boat so it sits real low so sometimes when it would get real choppy it felt like water was going to come inside it!
Here's Adam surfing like a pro...

This was Jeff's first time trying to surf behind the boat...Adam made it look real easy ha ha but Jeff did awesome at it though!

My hubby in the cold
beautiful greenish brown Utah Lake water!
Here is Stevey giving it a shot and he did awesome too!
Me and Jeffers hanging out in boat...don't mind that the sun is blinding us in the eyes!

Adam our
driver....what more can I say?

Stevey and Becca hanging out in the sun...
The boys on the tube....it was so funny with us girls watching them on that thing...Stevey was practically on top of Jeff and Adam because he was on the bad side of the tube! We were all laughing so hard!
Lauren and Adam...
Jeff trying to get the wake bigger for surfing...just hanging off the side while we were going...

Here's Jeff showing off his sweet moves on the wakeboard...

Jeff trying to pull off a
backflip...my little dare devil of a husband...

I love this picture of Jeff because the water looks so pretty with the mountains in the background!
Don't know what my hubby is doing ha ha...
